Location: An attractive stone farm house ABER RHIWLACH is situated on the same farm as, Pant at the foot of the Bwlch y Groes mountain pass, between Dinas Mawddwy and Llanucwchllyn at the foot of lake Bala.

Accommodation: This property has 3 bedrooms, bathroom (bath with electric shower over), separate dining area leading to a modern fitted kitchen with an oil fired Rayburn and electric hob. A cosy lounge with Sky TV and electric fire. Outside is a utility room with washing machine and dryer, this is shared with M9/119  Pant. There is a large enclosed garden to sit out and enjoy the wonderful views.
Facilities: Dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric convector heating in all rooms and Sky TV. Bed linen and towels are supplied. There is a £20 per week supplement throughout the year for electricity/Rayburn fuel.
