Accommodation:  Has six bedrooms (one of which has twin beds normally left pushed together to form a super king double), bathroom (bath with shower over), large shower room, additional ground floor WC, utility room, kitchen, dining room, sitting room with table and board games, large main lounge with open fire, sun lounge with doors to large deck, BBQ & enclosed garden. Also basement games room with table tennis, table football and small pool table.
Facilities   include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, freezer, DVD and garden furniture. Wi-Fi broadband is available.  Half of all fuel usage (heating oil and electricity) is payable on meter reading basisduring the winter months Oct 1st - March 30th  This is a no smoking property.
