Ideal for walking from the doorstep, (with the option of returning by train to the station a quarter of a mile away) or as a central base from which to visit any part of Snowdonia or the coast.

Accommodation: Two bedrooms (one with full size adult bunk beds in an 'L' shape formation) reached by narrow (but not steep) stairs. Cosy lounge with period furniture and a log burner in an inglenook, kitchen-diner and bathroom (bath with shower over) are all on the ground floor, all with original slate flooring and rugs. The garden is not fully enclosed, but older children will enjoy the freedom to explore the surrounding woods and streams.
Facilities: include storage heaters in all rooms, washing machine, fridge-freezer,  microwave, DVD, payphone, electric blankets and garden furniture. Electricity and logs included in the tariff, bed linen and towels are provided. There is a seasonal heating supplement of £35 per week. This property has a FRIDAY changeover and is a NO SMOKING property.
