The house stands on the edge of the small village of Llanbedr y Cennin within walking distance of two inns.  The village is between Conwy and Trefriw, with wonderful views over the valley, and just a short drive to Betws y Coed, the gateway to Snowdonia. The coast at Conwy or Llandudno is also within easy reach.

Accommodation: Three bedrooms, bathroom, large warm kitchen-diner with oil fired Rayburn, sitting/dining room and separate lounge with open fire.
Facilities: include partial double glazing, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, DVD, video, phone (incoming only) and garden furniture in the fully enclosed garden.  Bedlinen and towels supplied. Electricity is included in the rental. There is a seasonal heating supplement of £25 per week.
