Location: In the large coastal village of Penmaenmawr, between Conwy and Bangor. The village, set between the sea and the mountains, has wonderful sandy beaches for families, kites and sailing, whilst in the background there are wonderful hill walks. The beach, shops, restaurants and all village amenities are within walking distance. Within easy reach of central Snowdonia to the West and Llandudno to the East.

This delightful annexe to one of the larger properties in the village has one bedroom, spacious bathroom (bath with shower over) and modern spiral stairs to first floor kitchen-lounge-diner with patio doors to small balcony, all built to take advantage of the wonderful sea views. Tastefully decorated and furnished, facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, DVD and access to washing machine in separate utility/drying room. Broad band connection available. Bedlinen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal heating supplement £15.
