Location: in the tiny village of Pandy Tudur, between Abergele on the coast and Llanrwst and Betws y Coed in the Conwy valley. The drive to the coast follows the valley of the river Elwy through beautiful countryside, much of it designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Accommodation:  a modernised end terrace cottage with two bedrooms and WC on the first floor, ground floor shower room, kitchen and cosy lounge-diner with log stove in inglenook fireplace.
Facilities Include underfloor heating in kitchen and shower room, fixed  heaters in all rooms, washing machine, microwave, DVD and garden furniture to sit and enjoy the sounds of the small river that flows just beyond the fence. Bed linen and towels are supplied, electricity is included in summer, seasonal supplement £25.  This is a no smoking property. Village parking nearby.
