Location: in a wonderful position on the slopes of the Clwydian range of hills, between Bodfari and Llandyrnog, and close to the market towns of Ruthin and Denbigh. Set beside a very quiet country lane, the cottage has panoramic views from most rooms. The Offa's Dyke footpath runs nearby, for walking with wonderful views towards the coast and across towards the mountains of Snowdonia.

Accommodation: This traditional cottage, with beams, low ceilings and inglenook fireplaces, has three bedrooms (bunk bed room on the ground floor, option for one child's bed in double), ground floor bathroom (bath with shower over) and kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge each with wood-burning stoves. There are some steps within the cottage.
Facilities include storage and fixed convector heaters, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, microwave, DVD and garden furniture. Bed linen is supplied, heating and electricity are extra by meter reading.  This is a no smoking property.
