Location:  CONWY LODGE is a unique lodge cottage situated in a tranquil location on the periphery of Llandudno less that two miles from the town centre, theatre, shops and restaurants . The lodge, previously a gatehouse for Gloddaeth Hall (now St. Davids College), is the ideal location for a peaceful break either in the garden or whilst sat in the lounge of the 19th Century dwelling. The lodge is five minutes' drive from Llandudno town centre or the A55 expressway.

Accommodation: Has two bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), ground floor bathroom (bath and separate shower), small kitchen-diner and beamed lounge with log burner, barbecue area, maintained garden and car parking. 
Facilities:  include gas central heating,  washing machine, microwave, garden furniture and phone (incoming only unless otherwise arranged). Bed linen and towels are supplied. All fuel costs including logs for the fire are included in the rental. This is a no smoking property.
