Walking in Snowdonia National Park from the doorstep and the lovely sandy beach only ten minutes’ walk away making this a perfect location  for  outdoor activity, whilst also offering easy access to castles, mountains and family attractions. Activity/mountain guides can be booked locally.

Accommodation:  This fully modernised family home has three bedrooms, bathroom (bath with power shower over), kitchen-diner with gas flame fire and lounge with bay window looking towards the coast. There is also a small utility room and a useful outside WC.

Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, DVD and garden furniture. There is a garage for one small car, or as secure storage for bikes, surf  boards or other equipment, otherwise roadside parking only. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £25.  This is a no smoking property.
