Location: in a secluded position on the Sychnant Pass, the old road between Conwy and Penmaenmawr. This wonderful open area on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park is criss-crossed by footpaths that lead to Conwy Mountain and views over the coastline or  towards the main bulk of the mountains of Snowdonia. Sandy beaches just a short drive away, and the resort town of Llandudno is also close by.

Accommodation:  this spectacular, lavishly furnished, historic house has five bedrooms, (three with en-suite facilities, one on the ground floor), two additional bathrooms, kitchen with range cooker, dining room, main lounge with bay window overlooking lake,  additional cosy sitting room with open fire and grand piano, and games room with table tennis and pool table. The extensive grounds include a small lake (with ducks) with pagoda summer house (fenced and gated for safety of children). 

Facilities  include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer,  fridge-freezer, microwave, barbecue and DVD.   Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included.  This is a no smoking property. A £150 Damage Bond is required for all bookings.
