Location: within the Snowdonia National Park on the outskirts of the village of Ffestiniog, between Blaenau Ffestiniog and Porthmadog. The bungalow has wonderful views through the mountains, towards the sea and Llyn peninsula. An ideal area for accessing the mountains for walking or mountain biking, or the beaches and coast between Porthmadog and Harlech.

Accommodation: this lovely bungalow has three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (bath with electric shower over), dining room, lounge and small conservatory porch to take advantage of the views.

Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, flat screen TV,DVD and garden furniture for the sheltered patio. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £30.
