Location: BRYN DOWSI One of five farm based properties in the Conwy Valley, in secluded countryside, yet only a little over a mile from the walls of Conwy town . Bryn Dowsi is a working organic farm with sheep and Welsh Black cattle. The original farmhouse and four building conversions are on the same site. Each property is oriented to ensure its own privacy and all have open views over the valley.  Organic lamb and beef can be purchased by prior arrangement with owners. Ideal for family holidays, giving children the chance to see animals and experience farm life through the seasons.
Additionally on site there is a shared laundry room containing washing machine & tumble dryer , a 5/6 person sauna with shower and changing facilities and a heated games room ( table tennis etc)

Accommodation:  the original farmhouse for the holding, with many traditional features, beams and large inglenook fireplace.  The house has been continually upgraded over the years.  Three bedrooms one with ensuite shower room, family  bathroom (whirlpool bath and separate shower), spacious kitchen-diner,  lounge with inglenook fireplace and quiet sitting room with bay window looking over the Valley towards Tal y Fan mountain.
Facilities: include full gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave, video,CD , WiFi, music centre, TV in all bedrooms with DVD and furniture and barbecue for the enclosed garden. Bedlinen and an initial supply of logs are provided. Electricity and gas are extra by meter reading.  This is a no smoking property.
