Location: The Farmhouse is set in farmland high above the village of Llanbedr y Cennin, between Conwy and Trefriw, with magnificent views over the valley and mountains in all directions. The farm has 42 acres of fields and woodland to explore, and is close to many footpaths leading across the foothills of of Snowdonia. Accommodation: THE FARMHOUSE has three bedrooms, large bathroom, spacious farmhouse kitchen with log burning stove, dining room and lounge with gas flame fire. Tastefully furnished with period furniture, and decorated, all to high standards. The main bedroom features a queen sized bed and flat screen TV.
Facilities: include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave and garden furniture for secluded patio and lawn. Bedlinen and towels are supplied, heating, electricity is included in summer, seasonal fuel supplement  £35. Logs are provided for free in winter. This is a no smoking property
