Location: On the waterfront in Deganwy, with spectacular views from all floors across the Conwy estuary to Conwy Mountain and golf course, South towards Conwy Castle and North to Anglesey. This wonderful spot offers all the advantages of the village shops and restaurants within walking distance, yet is very quiet and secluded. Llandudno and Conwy are each within a few minutes’ drive, mountains of Snowdonia and the rest of North Wales all within an easy drive.

Accommodation: on three floors, has four bedrooms, two with en suite facilities, family bathroom (bath with shower over), first floor sitting room with bed settee, large modern kitchen with island unit and spacious lounge-diner on the ground floor. Utility area and bike storage in former garage, parking for two cars at the front, and small paved seating area for summer relaxation. Fully restored in 2008 with very high quality design and decor.

Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, range cooker, American-style fridge freezer, large flat screen televisions in all public rooms, DVD, playstation with games, and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in tariff. Please Note: This property has a Friday changeover and has a strictly no pets policy.
