Short Breaks

Short Breaks of a minimum of three nights are available in many properties from October to March (except over Bank Holidays and during school holidays).  These can be booked up to two months in advance and the prices are shown at the bottom of the tariff grid. As you will see the cost is not worked out on a pro rata basis but a percentage basis of the total weekly price, the minimum three nights usually being 65% of the weekly cost except during the winter weeks when the weekly price represents very good value already.

At other times of the year breaks may be available at the last minute and prices will be quoted at the time of booking.  Please call or email.

All short breaks must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Short Breaks between February 13th and 21st
Due to high demand and the Schools half term falling over these dates we are only able to accept advance bookings for Short breaks in one bedroom properties for this period. We will be able to accept Short breaks for larger properties from 28th January.

Where a seasonal supplement (a charge for the fuel supply during the stay) is mentioned in the description this will be added on a pro rata basis for the length of the short break. e.g. a property charging £35 for a weeks supplement would charge £5 per day for a short break.
