Location:  GARTH is an imposing detached, farmhouse with beautiful views over the Conwy Estuary, in a rual setting, yet only a mile from shops and facilities in Glan Conwy . This village, opposite the town of Conwy is just a short drive from the coast at Llandudno or Colwyn Bay and in easy reach of Betwy y Coed, leading to Snowdonia.

Accommodation: The house has three bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower over), spacious kitchen-diner, utility room, beamed lounge with  open fire and separate games room (pool table and table tennis).
Facilities:  include storage heating, washing machine, tumble dryer,dishwasher, freezer, microwave, piano, DVD and garden furniture in the fully enclosed garden. There is an additional outside WC. Bedlinen, towels and an initial supply of logs are provided. Electricity is extra by meter reading.  This is a no smoking property.
