Parking

Parking is outside the cottage and no more than 10 yards from the front door. The ground surface is stones and gravel.

Public Transport

The nearest train station is Betws-y-Coed which is half a mile.

Entrance

There is level access into the property.

The front door is 3 ft wide.

Internally

There is a steep open plan staircase with a solid rail on the left hand side, wall on the right hand side.

There is a 2 seater leather settee and a 2 seater sofa which is high backed.

Kitchen Oven and hob are electric, there is a freezer. Bathroom Facilities

There is a step into shower

Additional Information There is some vodafone mobile phone reception in parts of the cottage. In addition to the main entrance door there are also double doors from the lounge that open out onto the front patio area.

Location: GLYNTWROG COTTAGE is on an elevated site on the edge of Betws y Coed, within walking distance of all facilities and close to a very good hotel/restaurant. This large village at the heart of Snowdonia is surrounded by wonderful areas for walking, climbing and mountain biking, as well as having easy access to the coasts both to the North  near Llandudno and South towards Porthmadog and Harlech.
Accommodation: This cosy, beamed cottage has a large lounge-diner with doors to patio area, fully equipped kitchen, shower room (no bath), utility area, ground floor double bedroom and second twin bedroom in a crog loft (limited headroom) accessed by fairly steep stairs.
Facilities: include full central heating,  washing machine, freezer, tumble dryer, microwave oven, DVD  and garden furniture. The large garden extends into a wooded area and has a small stream running through it. Bed linen and towels are supplied, oil and electricity are included, seasonal heating supplement £35 per week. This property has a FRIDAY changeover and is NO SMOKING.  One dog only accepted.

Nearest pub and shop 5 minutes walk, nearest bus 10 mins walk.
