LOCATION
In a secluded cul-de-sac on Conwy marina with views over Conwy mountain to the West and the Great Orme to the North just 100 yards from the Conwy (Caernarvonshire) golf course.The waterfront is close by,with beautiful walking along the estuary beach. Conwy town is within walking distance,Victorian resort of Llandudno is a few minutes drive away, sandy beaches close by at Penmaenmawr and mountains of Snowdonia about half an hour's drive.
ACCOMODATION
Three bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower over), additional ground floor WC, kitchen and lounge-diner with french doors to patio garden. Facilities include full central heating, washer-dryer, freezer, microwave, DVD and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £25. This is a no smoking property.
