Location: This very special terraced cottage is in a quiet area just outside the walls of the World Heritage town of Conwy, with off road parking, convenient for shops, restaurants, the castle and quayside. Within 10mins drive of four local golf courses and 3 sandy beaches and a little further to the mountains of Snowdonia.

Accommodation: Beautifully presented and furnished in a light modern style. The ground floor has a modern kitchen, lovely open lounge-diner with inglenook fireplace and gas fired log burner. Upstairs, the bedroom has a king sized bed and bathroom (bath with shower over).

Facilities: include electric heating, washer/dryer, TV, DVD player, video, microwave and fully fitted kitchen. There is ample shared parking and garden space immediately outside the property. Bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included in the summer, seasonal supplement £20.
