Accommodation: over three floors, has four bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom, bath with shower over), family bathroom (bath only)  additional ground floor cloaks with WC, large first floor lounge and ground floor kitchen-diner with comfy seating area by patio doors to garden. 
Facilities  include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer, DVD and garden furniture.  Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £25.  This is a no smoking property.
