Location: Close to the castle in the walled town of Conwy, which has a wide selection of restaurants and shops, quayside walk, and new pedestrian access to the nearby RSPB bird reserve. With sandy beaches close by and the mountains of Snowdonia within easy driving distance, the area caters for holidays for all.
Accommodation: Part of a listed building this ground floor apartment which benefits from it's own private parking space (some steps outside and within the property) has two bedrooms, fully tiled shower room (no bath), kitchen and lounge-diner with bay window.
Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, microwave, freeview TV & DVD, and garden furniture for rear paved garden. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £25. (Please note twin beds are 2'6" wide) This is a no smoking property.
