In the village of Llanbedr, between the castle town of Harlech and the resort town of Barmouth on the Cardigan Bay coast.Within easy reach of wonderful beaches at Shell Island and Llandanwg, the village is also part of the Snowdonia National Park in the area of Cadair Idris and the Mawddach estuary. The local hills and woodland offer many opportunities for walking, bird watching and exploring the numerous ancient settlements in the area. Mountain biking at the Coed y Brennin Forest Park and golf at the Royal St David’s course are both just a short drive away.

Accommodation:  This newly built family home on three floors has four bedrooms (two with en-suite facilities), family bathroom (bath and separate shower),ground floor cloakroom with WC, kitchen with range cooker and breakfast table, utility, lounge and spacious dining conservatory. All main rooms have views over open countryside.

Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, freezer, Wi-Fi, basic Sky TV, DVD, phone (incoming only) and garden furniture for enclosed patio area.  Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff.  This is a no smoking property and has a Friday changeover.
