This property can be combined with M9/29 Sunflower Cottage (self-contained wing of the Rectory, also available to rent) to provide accommodation for up to twelve people.

Accommodation: The entrance hall leads to a large fully equipped family lounge-kitchen with full media system serving all bedrooms and bathroom and 42inch plasma TV separate dining room. Upstairs leads to 4 individually designed double bedrooms, one with a full en-suite & one part en-suite (WC & basin).2 bedrooms can be configured as either super king or twins (please state your needs when booking if possible) In addition there is a family size spa bathroom, wet-room and separate cloakroom. Facilities: Full central heating, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, CD/Hi Fi, DVD player. A range of garden furniture and barbecue are supplied. All linen, towels, electricity, central heating included in the tariff.
This property has a FRIDAY changeover. A £150 Damage Bond is required for all bookings.
