The large mature garden ensures freedom and privacy, whilst local amenities are within walking distance, and the whole of North Wales is easily reached by car.  Woodland and hill walking from the door.

Accommodation:  This top quality house has five bedrooms, (master with en-suite shower room and dressing area), one (twin) on the ground floor with adjoining shower room. The family bathroom is spacious, with both bath and separate shower. The spacious modern kitchen-diner has a wood burning stove and archway into the large lounge, also with wood stove and doors to the garden.
Facilities  include full central heating (main rooms being under floor), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, freezer, DVD and garden furniture.
Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff.  This is a no smoking property. A damage / cleaning bond required on all bookings.
