Location: Set in an attractive cobbled courtyard this lovely stone cottage, with all ground floor facilities, is situated just a few miles south of the medieval castle town of Conwy and half a mile from the village of Tyn y Groes, on the eastern edge of the Snowdonia National Park. This is an excellent walking area and has opportunities for birdwatching, with RSPB Conwy close by. Easy access to the coast, beaches at Llandudno or Penmaenmawr, and a short drive to the mountains and central Snowdonia.

Accommodation: Plas Yw, an L-shaped bungalow, has a master bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC, 2 further bedrooms, family bathroom, fitted kitchen-diner and lounge with an open fire in a stone fireplace and french windows into the garden (within the original  Victorian walled garden). 
Facilities:  include storage heaters, washing machine, microwave, video, garden furniture, barbecue and use of a shared games room with table tennis. Bed linen and logs are included. Electricity extra by meter reading. This is a no smoking property
