Location: THE PRIORY is in a secluded residential area on the Llandudno side of Deganwy, close to the coast, and very close to Maesdu and North Wales golf courses. All the amenities of the nearby town combine with easy driving to the rest of North Wales and Snowdonia.

Accommodation: This spacious family home has three bedrooms, (the main double having an adjoining small sitting or dressing room with cot), family bathroom and separate WC, ground floor shower room, drying room, new kitchen with pantry, dining room and lounge with living flame fire and doors to small conservatory and through to the beautiful enclosed rear garden.
Facilities: Full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave,DVD, garden furniture and barbecue. Bedlinen is supplied, gas and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £30. This is a NO SMOKING property.
