Accommodation: Part of the owners large detached house, quietly situated this fully self-contained ground floor apartment with one bedroom, en-suite bathroom (corner bath with shower over), additional shower room with WC, kitchen-diner and lounge.

 Facilities include central heating, fridge-freezer, microwave, DVD and garden furniture in shared garden. A washing machine is available in a shared laundry room.  Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £20.  This is a no smoking property and is not suitable for children or babies.
