Location: ROSE GERLAN is a lovely, terraced cottage situated on the outskirts of the village of Rowen. The situation is ideal for enthusiastic walkers wishing to explore the hills and lanes in the area,or for those who want a quiet retreat which is in easy reach of both the coast and mountains and just relax in the pretty cottage garden.

Accommodation: This light, spacious little cottage has one large bedroom, GF bathroom (bath with shower over), kitchen-diner, lounge with open fire and small sun lounge. Facilities: storage heaters,convection and/or radiant heaters in all rooms,washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, video and telephone for incoming calls, Garden furniture. Bedlinen and towels are supplied. Garage parking with extra parking space. £20 seasonal fuel supplement. Sorry, this property is not suitable for children. The local Pub/restaurant and shop are just 12 minutes walk downhill from the cottage. A 15 - 25 Minute drive will take you to various beaches. Broadband is available on request
