Close to the local golf courses and popular North Wales theatre, yet just a half an hours drive from Betws y Coed and the mountains of Snowdonia.

ACCOMMODATION
Consists of 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king sized bed, family bathroom( bath with shower over) Downstairs is the lounge, large modern kitchen breakfast room, spacious dining room, small conservatory and a utility area with WC, wetroom and dog kennel. Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and garden furniture for dining al fresco in the gazebo on the elevated decking to the front of the property. Bed linen and towels are supplied, electricity and heating are included in summer, seasonal supplement of £25.
