Location: On the edge of the coastal village of Llanfairfechan, between Conwy and Bangor. Within walking distance of the beach, and with hill walking from the door, means that activities are instantly available. A short drive to the heart of the Snowdonia mountains, Isle of Anglesey, or the historic castle towns of Conwy and Caernarfon.

Accommodation: Has three bedrooms, (one ensuite,) bathroom (bath with shower over), large kitchen-diner with views to the sea, and spacious lounge.
Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, DVD wi-fi broadband, TV's in all bedrooms and garden furniture for the small patio garden. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £25. This is a no smoking property.
