Parking

Garage is right next to the house. >From the front door there are slate shavings and concrete from the back. It is possible to park closer to the house.

Entrance

1 slate slab 5 ins high to the front door and the entrance is well lit.

Internally

All doors are at least 750 mm wide. There are no internal steps within the house, except for staircase which has a handrail at 1 m .

Kitchen

Electric oven & hob, Rayburn,microwave, fridge,freezer,iron and board,toaster, kettle,dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.. all worktops average height.

Location:Terwyn is set in idyllic surroundings of the Snowdonia National Park, this fully renovated and modernised farmhouse nestles at the foot of Aran Mawddwy in the upper reaches of the Cywarch Valley. A short distance from Dinas Mawddwy, just 24 miles from Bala Lake to the north and 30minutes' drive to the beaches at Barmouth. A great base for exploring the area, or simply relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet.

 Accommodation: This tastefully renovated building with locally hand crafted oak doors and floors and cosy log burner has three bedrooms, a family bathroom (bath with shower over), fitted kitchen, utility room, dining room and comfortable lounge.
Facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oil fired Rayburn (with additional electric oven /hob), microwave, freezer, Sky TV & a DVD/ CD player. Terwyn also offers a garden with access to the adjoining fields and stream, garden furniture and barbecue are provided. The property has undercover parking and secure bike storage (in the utility room). Salmon and Trout fishing is available on the river Dovey. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity included in the price. This is a no smoking property. This property has a Friday changeover.
