Accommodation: this ground floor flat, fully self-contained, is reached via external steps, the main house being built into the hillside. There are two bedrooms, (one with en suite shower room and French doors to patio and garden) shower room and separate WC, kitchen, utility and lounge-diner with doors to garden. Recently re-decorated and with quality furniture and fittings, facilities include full central heating, washer, dryer, microwave, DVD and garden furniture including barbecue in the extensive garden.
