Location: In Rhos-on-Sea, between Llandudno and Colwyn Bay, in a quiet residential area with wonderful views over the golf course towards the sea and the Little Orme. Easy access to the beach, shops and local walks, several golf courses within fifteen minutes’ drive and the rest of North Wales a short car journey away.

Accommodation: this ground floor flat, fully self-contained, is reached via external steps, the main house being built into the hillside. There are two bedrooms, (one with en suite shower room and French doors to patio and garden) shower room and separate WC, kitchen, utility and lounge-diner with doors to garden. Recently re-decorated and with quality furniture and fittings, facilities include full central heating, washer, dryer, microwave, DVD and garden furniture including barbecue in the extensive garden. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £20.
