Location: TIRIONFA a detached bungalow, set above the road at the edge of the village of Talsarnau, overlooking the estuary of Afon Glaslyn, close to beaches and the castle at Harlech . Its elevation gives the property views across to Portmeirion and its steeply banked garden offers plenty of room for children to play.

Accommodation: is all on the ground floor, having three bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower over), hall, kitchen, separate dining room and lounge with log effect electric fire.
Facilities: Include full oil central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave, Sky TV & DVD, and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Electricity is included in the tariff, seasonal fuel supplement £25 per week.
