Location: About two miles south of Glan Conwy this one bedroomed apartment is situated in a wonderful peaceful setting with fantastic views of the mountains and the Conwy river and enjoying easy access to both the mountains of Snowdonia and local beaches . World famous Bodnant Garden and the RSPB Conwy bird Reserve are both nearby. Llandudno & the World Heritage town of Conwy are a short drive away.

Accomodation:
This light and airy first floor apartment has a pretty twin bedroom, bathroom ( bath with shower over) and a spacious beamed kitchen/lounge with ample seating. Facilities include gas central heating, microwave, hob ( there is no cooker) DVD. Outside whilst you are welcome to enjoy the owners gardens there is also a private sitting area with garden furniture. Towels and bed linen are supplied. Gas and electric are included in summer with a seasonal heating supplement of £20.This is a no smoking property and has a Friday changeover
