A 5 minute walk from the beach, shop or local pub, and with hill walking from the door, this 3 bedroom 4 star cottage provides superb accomodation for up to 5 people.With easy access to the heart of the Snowdonia mountains, Isle of Anglesey, or Conwy & Llandudno.
Lovely semi-detached home with three bedrooms, one en suite shower room, bathroom (bath with shower over), large kitchen-diner with views to the sea, spacious lounge and downstairs WC. Conservatory off the kitchen with wonderful sea views. Lovely for morning coffee at all times of the year. Superbly equipped, facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer,42 ins TV screen with BOSE sound system, Blu-ray player, wi-fi broadband, TV in all bedrooms, (DVD in two) and garden furniture for the small patio garden, barbeque. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included. The owners of the house keep it in an immaculate condition and are constantly improving it. A recent addition is a battery storage system to complement the solar panels.
Please note, there is no dedicated elecric charge point for cars at this property so you are not permitted to charge your car here. The nearest fast chargers are in Lidl supermarket in Deganwy (about 6 miles away) and Bangor services (about 10 miles away).
Location
Sunset View is on the edge of the coastal village of Llanfairfechan, between Conwy and Bangor. Within walking distance of the beach, and hill walking from the door means that activities are instantly available. A short drive to the heart of the Snowdonia mountains, Isle of Anglesey, or the historic castle towns of Conwy and Caernarfon. Graiglwyd Springs is a well stablished Troutmaster fishery 3 miles away and the Llanfairfechan Golf Club is 1.5 miles away.

Well maintained, well equipped, warm and welcoming. The Christmas decorations were fantastic, unexpected (as not advertised) and far better than ours at home! In addition to a generous welcome pack, the extra treats were a lovely surprise.

Llanfairfechan Beach
Llanfairfechan is a little town that, unfortunately, is not nearly as well-known as it should be. It is a lovely Victorian seaside resort town, often referred to as the coastal gateway to Snowdonia. The town’s position on the coast affords visitors some fantastic views over the Menai Strait and the Isle of Anglesey, as well as of the Great Orme of Llandudno.
Penmaenmawr Beach
Penmaenmawr itself is a small community on the northern shores of North Wales. The town is a good base for exploring the area, especially if you are more of a hiker – there are plenty of fantastic mountain walks in the vicinity, each of which offers spectacular views over Snowdonia.
Penmaenmawr Golf Club
Penmaenmawr Golf Club lies on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park nestled at the foot of the Sychnant Pass in a stunning location between the mountains and the sea. Overlooking Puffin Island, the Conwy Estuary and Llandudno’s Great Orme, its magnificent views put Penmaenmawr among the UK’s most scenic courses.

Puffin View
Puffin View is one of two wonderful maisonette-style apartments which is spread out over two floors. Straight away, you notice that Puffin View is an apartment that is all about the location. The position near to the promenade means there are brilliant sea views out across the bay at Llanfairfechan and the space is a relaxing getaway from the hustle of some of the busier North Wales coastal resorts.
Orme View
Orme View is the larger of two maisonette-style apartments spread out over two floors, in an exceptional position close to the beach at Llanfairfechan. Just like the other apartment in the duplex, what strikes you about Orme View is the location, which is positioned near to the amazing promenade in Llanfairfechan village in North Wales. It’s location allows for great walks and spectacular views just a few yards from the front door, and a wonderful, relaxing stay in a space that’s perfect for a couple or small family.
Mynydd a Mor
A fresh, modern, three-bedroom house with an enclosed garden and off-road parking for 2 cars, within walking distance of a large sandy beach. A great base for a family or group of friends who want to experience all North Wales has to offer. Centrally located on the coast in a quiet village within a short drive of all the main attractions.
