Accommodation: A former coach house, characterised by its beautiful arched windows, has 3 bedrooms one ground floor double and two first floor twin rooms (one accessed via the other). There is a bathroom with walk in shower (no bath), bright kitchen and large lounge-diner with high beamed ceiling and a second steep stairway leading to an additional cosy seating area in the open gallery above the lounge. Facilities: full central heating, wood burning stove, dishwasher, microwave, DVD and garden furniture for the ample lawned orchard garden. Gas and electricity are included,with a seasonal heating supplement of £30 per week. Bed linen is supplied. This is a FRIDAY changeover. Nearest shop and pub are just half a mile away with the shore within 300 yds.
