A spacious first floor apartment in the former Deganwy Castle hotel looking out over the gardens and estuary to Conwy Castle. A beautiful view from a bright, modern apartment. Local shops, restaurants and public transport are all within walking distance. The resort town of Llandudno and the historic walled town of Conwy are just two miles away.

Awelfor is a beautiful, first floor apartment with lift access and lovely views. There are three bedrooms (one superking, one kingsize and one twin), two with views of the castle and the master with ensuite shower room. The family bathroom  has a bath with shower over, the open plan 'L' shaped kitchen -lounge-diner is a lovely space with views from the main window over the communal garden towards the castle.
Facilities include full gas central heating, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, Wi-Fi, and TV with DVD player. Bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included in the tariff. Off road parking . This is a no smoking property.

Location

In the centre of Deganwy a small coastal village between the Historic Castle town of Conwy and the Victorian sea side resort of Llandudno on the Northern coast of Wales, within yards of the Wales Coastal Path, local train station (request stop only), and a good selection of restaurants. Virtually everything is on your doorstep, including five local golf courses all within a short drive.
A little way inland towards Betws y Coed will take you past the RSPB reserve Conwy, the famous Bodnant Gardens and Bodnant Welsh Food Centre and on into the rolling hills and peaks of Snowdonia. A little further down the coast you find Aber Falls, the university city of Bangor, and the mystical Isle of Anglesey before moving on to Caernarfon Castle or turning inland again to Bethesda and the World's fastest Zip Wire.

Abe Falls Aber Falls

Known as Rhaeadr Fawr in Welsh, the waterfall measures almost 40 metres in height, formed by the Afon Goch flowing down the Carneddau foothills. They are found a short walk (roughly two miles) south of the village of Abergwyngregyn, and serve as the major attraction of the area. Well worth a visit, the walk is as enjoyable as seeing the falls.

Aberconwy House 2 Edited Aberconwy House

If you can’t resist a historical day out, Conwy is an ideal location and you won’t want to miss out on Aberconwy House. Known as a hidden gem on the High Street, Aberconwy House is the oldest building in Conwy.

Golf 2 Abergele Golf Club

Found on the coast of North Wales, within the grounds of Gwrych Castle, is the lovely Abergele Golf Club. You will find the course just a little way west of the town from which it takes its name, so you should make sure to pay a visit to the club after you’ve enjoyed the many pleasures of Abergele itself.
