A beautiful, modern, spacious, marina property, well equipped, conveniently located, with off road parking. Within walking distance of the local pub and shop and just over a mile along the North Wales Coastal Path lies the historic walled town of Conwy with its lovely shops, cafes, restaurants and attractions this house is perfect for an escape into North Wales any time of year.

The ground floor consists of a large kitchen diner with doors out to the rear decking area (ideal for those summer evenings) and a small secondary sitting room with TV, PlayStation, wireless printer and plenty of books to help you plan your local adventures. There is also a cloak room on the ground floor for convenience. The first floor consists of the master bedroom with double bed, plenty of hanging space and en-suite shower room. The main lounge with its comfortable furniture, large screen TV and small balcony which offers a limited view of the marina and plenty of bracing sea air (a perfect 'pick me up' for those sleepy holiday mornings). The second floor has the remaining two bedrooms, one spacious double with King size bed, one twin and the family bathroom (Spa bath with shower over).

Facilities include: full central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, two lounges with TVs, a PlayStation, Wi-Fi internet access and patio set for use on the rear decking. Bed linen and towels are provided, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a pet free no smoking property. Off road parking for one car.

Location

On Conwy Marina, a wonderfully versatile location where you can park the car and not use it again for the week, walking and taking the train or bus around the local area. Alternatively you can explore further afield and discover hidden waterfalls, an inland surf lagoon (man made and lots of fun), mountain biking, caving, high ropes courses, coasteering, rock climbing, stand up paddle boarding and kite surfing to name but a few.

All in all a fabulous house and a great base for your next North Wales adventure.
