Like home from home. Clean bedding and bathroom which is very important. Well equipped kitchen. TV, DVD player, games, DVDs and jigsaws, so well organised for any rainy days. Bed very comfy. A run round with a duster is only negative comment. Rear garden very nice, perfect for catching late afternoon sun. Set in a quiet location and very private. Great base for exploring North Wales. Highly recommended

Can't and won't fault it, I even asked for a tree and Mrs Kirby didn't hesitate we arrived and the tree was there in the dining room (Thank you) it put a huge smile on my wife's face. I spoke to a lady when I booked it , and it was like I was talking to someone I know she was so helpful. Thank you all from Mr and Mrs Edwards

A lovely clean comfortable property, well presented and in a lovely quiet area. Easy to get to lots of places using it as a base , plenty of shops within walking distance and a nice little pub with good food. Nice conservatory and garden but too cold to use when I was there, would be wonderful in warm weather.

Thank you for your review, glad you had a lovely stay. There are now two heaters in the conservatory just in case you need them in the colder months.

Bodelwyddan Castle 2 Bodelwyddan Castle

Bodelwyddan Castle boasts more than 500 years of history and was once a family home to the Baronets of Bodelwyddan. It has been restored to the height of its Victorian splendour and nowadays has nine rooms full of exhibitions to discover, including collections from the V&A Museum and Royal Academy of Arts. These exhibitions sit alongside original works and features that can trace their roots back over 300 years.

Llandudno Promenade Llandudno

Known as “the Queen of the Welsh Resorts” since the middle of the 19th century, Llandudno is the largest seaside resort town in Wales. Characterised by the long promenade overlooked by the rows of Victorian buildings which make up the South Parade the architecture certainly lives up to this title. The town has 2 popular beaches, North Shore and West Shore.
