On a peaceful 90 acre, working hill farm set in the beautiful surroundings of the Snowdonia National Park. A small farmhouse with cosy log burner and stunning views down the valley to the distant hills which surround it. A short drive will take you to the many adventure activity centres in the area or use the numerous footpaths which criss-cross the surrounding farmland. The log burner, small games room and enclosed garden all help to make this a lovely spot for a family holiday. New property for 2018.

A traditional, detached farmhouse with two bedrooms on the first floor, a family room with both a double and single beds, and a twin bedded room. Family bathroom (bath and separate shower) is also on the first floor. The ground floor has a bright modern kitchen-diner and a cosy lounge with log burner, reclining chairs and wonderful views down the Machno valley towards Snowdonia. Just a few yards from the house is the simple games room with table football, small multi games table and separate laundry room which offers bicycle storage space. 
Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave,  fridge, TV, Wi-Fi internet access and garden furniture. Bedlinen and towels are provided, heating, an initial starter pack of logs and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no smoking property. Off road parking for 3 cars.

Location

High up above the Conwy Valley, just outside the village of Capel Garmon (a little over a mile and a half from the village pub) this farmhouse is less than 3 miles from the ever popular village of Betws Y Coed - the gateway to Snowdonia. The cosy log burner, small games room and enclosed garden all help to make this a lovely spot for a family holiday. The Go Below Underground Adventures start just over half a mile from the door and offer a range of amazing experiences not soon forgotten. For the family, try the tree top nets and other activities as Zip Forest just outside Betws y Coed

The coast, Conwy Castle and the Victorian resort town of Llandudno are just a short drive to the North. Adventure, discovery, relaxation and enjoyment are all on your doorstep when you stay at Penrhyddion Ucha. New property for 2018.
