As an agency we provide a full advertising, booking and administration service and are always on hand for advice or to help out with any problems.

All bookings made through us are confirmed with the guests on receipt of their deposit. They are then required to pay the balance 8 weeks prior to travelling. Owners and key holders or cleaners are informed of bookings as they are taken and are also sent lists of bookings on a regular basis. Last minute enquiries are advised by phone or text as well as email or standard mail.

Owners also have access to an owner website where they can view all their bookings, find statistics on the number of days booked or money earned, read customer reviews and comments, book the cottage for their own use and access useful information and holiday lettings resources.

We operate on a commission only basis with no set up costs or joining fees. Payments to owners are made monthly in the month following the month of the booking.

The relationship we have with our property owners is very important to us so that we can understand your needs and are able to provide the service you want. We are always available to discuss any issues or offer advice, let us make it easy for you!
