Location: within the Snowdonia National Park about a mile from the village of Ffestiniog. Set in open farmland with views over Manod Mawr and Moelwyn mountains, the area is ideal for walking or mountain biking from the door whilst the coast at Porthmadog and Black Rock sands are just a short drive away. Portmeirion and the Ffestiniog narrow gauge railway are within easy reach.

Accommodation: more suited to a maximum of four people, this semi-detached cottage has three bedrooms, bathroom (no shower), fitted kitchen and lounge-diner with open fire and back boiler.

Facilities include storage and additional electric heaters, freezer, microwave. Bed linen is supplied, electricity is by meter reading.
