Welcome to the new North Wales Holiday Cottages & Farmhouses website. 

We have recently made significant improvements to our website and we shall be making further improvements that will include a facility for checking availability on-line. Whether you are visiting the website for the first time or are a regular visitor, we hope you will find it easy to use and informative.
On this website, as well as details of all the cottages and farmhouses available, you will also find details of late availability and special offers, and information about North Wales, places to visit and events taking place there.


North Wales is a country proud of its rich heritage and endowed with a spectacular landscape, where the mild climate lets you enjoy each month's different sights, sounds and moods right through the year.
A stay for a full week or just a short break at one of our properties will allow you the freedom to come and go as you please, to eat in with provisions bought from local farms or to eat out at one of the many inns or restaurants that serve an extensive variety of wonderful Welsh cuisine. Whatever you choose to do, we are sure you will have a truly memorable holiday.
 
We offer cottages and farmhouses all over North Wales and the standard of these ranges from the very simple to the truly luxurious. Our properties also vary considerably in size: many are suitable for couples and the largest will sleep up to 12 guests.

Our minimum rental period is usually a week (Saturday to Saturday and Friday to Friday for a few properties) but from October to March (except over Bank Holidays and during school holidays) short breaks are also available in many properties.

We offer 10% discount on the cheaper week if you book two weeks at the same time - any weeks, any properties. Just confirm both weeks at the same time with a single deposit payment of 18% of the value of the booking, or £180 (whichever is the greater) and a single booking fee of £15. This offer applies to all bookings for 2007 made before 31 March 2007.

And for those of you who return to our properties year after year, we offer a loyalty bonus: we will waive the booking fee when a 4th or subsequent booking is made in order to show our appreciation.
