Location: This delightful stone farm cottage stands at the foot of Bwlch y Groes mountain pass, between Dinas Mawddwy and Llanuwchllyn. Just South of lake Bala the area offers some excellent walking and access to the cycle paths from Dolgellau to Barmouth around lake Vyrnwy.

Accommodation: There are three bedrooms,bathroom,kitchen-diner and comfortable lounge with log fireplace. Facilities: microwave, Freeview TV, DVD player, garden furniture and free-standing electric heaters. Outside is a utility room with Washing machine and dryer . Bedlinen, towels and logs are included in the rental. Electricity is by coin meter. Trout fishing is available nearby.
