Location: Light and airy first floor apartment enjoying stunning views over the Conwy Estuary situated in the village of Glan Conwy less than five miles from Llandudno, and under three miles from the historic castle town of Conwy. An ideal base with easy access to Snowdonia the nearby RSPB Bird reserve and the famous Bodnant Gardens.

Accommodation: This first floor apartment has two good sized bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower over) lounge- diner with patio doors and balcony to take full advantage of the views. Nicely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and an additional box room.

Facilities include full Gas Central heating, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, patio furniture. Bed Linen and towels are supplied, gas and electric included in summer, seasonal supplement £20 per week. This is a no smoking property.
