Location: in the Conwy Valley village of Trefriw, between Conwy and Betws y Coed. The village has good local food on offer in pubs and shops, a woollen mill to browse around and footpaths from the door. Llyn Crafnant above the village is wonderful for a walk and Gwydir forest, a short drive away offers mountain bike trails  and other cycle routes. The coast at Llandudno or Conwy is a short drive away for sandy beaches or links golf.

Accommodation:  One of two semi-detached cottages (both of which are available for holidays) set above the road, so all front rooms have views over the river and across the valley.  Has two bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower over), kitchen and lounge-diner with log burner. Terraced garden to the side of the house.
Facilities  include full central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, DVD and garden furniture.  Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £25.  This is a no smoking property.  Roadside parking.
