Location: Just inside the Snowdonia National Park, high above the village of Llanbedr y Cennin, between Conwy and Trefriw, with superb views down to the river Conwy and across the valley. Close to many footpaths leading across to Tal y Fan and Aber Falls in the foothills of Snowdonia, or towards the Carneddau range in the heart of the mountains. Just a short drive south to Betws y Coed or the sandy beaches and historic castles of the coast to the north. 

Accommodation:  has three bedrooms, master double having en suite shower room, family bathroom with whirlpool bath, kitchen, dining room and lounge with log burner and doors to patio area. Terraced garden offers several areas from which to admire the wonderful views.

Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, freezer, microwave, DVD and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £30.  This is a no smoking property.
