Llangollen is a small town nestled in Denbighshire, and has activities to keep you busy for weeks. Whether you take your time seeing the sights on the Llangollen railway, visit the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct (the longest and highest aqueduct in Great Britain) or have a day of culture in the Valle Crucis Abbey, it is the perfect place to spend some quality time with your other half. During the summer months, the town hosts an Eisteddfod, which is a very popular Welsh festival of literature, music and performance, this is definitely not one to be missed.
