A lot of time has passed since we started, with lots of changes along the way, but the basics are still the same: provide great holiday cottages at good prices and let the world know about it. We're a local agency, based in Deganwy. Our team live in the area, we visit and inspect all the properties that join our agency. Our local knowledge means we can advise guests on which property and location may best suit them. We're also able to help out property owners with local information, tradesmen recommendations and advice on local rules and policies. Congratulations, your journey has begun. You may have a big renovation project in front of you or just some minor changes to be made. We recommend contacting us at an early stage so you don't miss some key considerations. The way you set up the property can make a difference to how easy it is to manage the house and how appealing it will be to guests. You'll have to meet safety regulations and provide certain facilities for quality grading.
We can visit your property so we can understand your setup and see what needs to be done and how we could work with you.

Have a second home you're not using?
Sometimes you may be too busy to use your second home or life circumstances change. Perhaps you have inherited a property?
Rather than let it sit empty, make it earn it's keep. As well as covering its costs or even giving you another income, it'll be bringing people into the area, supporting the local economy, and you'll still be able to use it yourself. If, later on, you decide you'd like to do something else with it, there's only a 6 month notice period after the first 12 months.
