Location:  MAES GLAS is a 16th century detatched stone cottage with a wealth of beams, character  and inglenook fireplace. Easily accessible yet secluded, this cottage is in an elevated position 5 miles from Mallwyd close to a tributary of the Dovey river.  Market towns of Machynlleth and Dolgellau are within easy driving distance.

Accommodation: The spacious cottage has three bedrooms (access to double is through single), bathroom (bath with shower over), kitchen, lounge-diner with log burnng stove and large  family lounge with Sky TV and small games table. Both the lounges have direct access on to the patio which overlooks the cottage garden and acres of farmland. There is an additional downstairs cloakroom and rear conservatory (replaced late 2010).
Facilities: Include oil central heating, washing machine, tumbledryer, dishwasher, microwave, f reezer, DVD, video, CD player and garden furniture with barbecue. Bed linen, towels and initial supply of logs are supplied. Electricity is by meter reading. Seasonal heating supplement of £35 per week.
